Reserving the Space

Please visit our calendar (below) to see what dates we still have available. You can select a date and time window to add to your cart. Once payment is made, your booking is complete and a confirmation email will be sent.

The Space can hold up to 50 people comfortably with tables and chairs provided by us.

Yes! You can either order through our main website at dolcebakes.com, or place an order with our team of order specialists at info@dolcebakes.com. Please contact us a minimum of 3 business days in advance, but as always the sooner the better.

Monday - Thursday daytime hours
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
$50 per hour*

Monday - Thursday evening hours
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
$100 per hour*

Friday - Sunday
8:00 am - 11:00 pm 
$150 per hour*

*All bookings require a 2 hour minimum.

Amenities

We have 8 white 6 ft tables, 50 black chairs, and two special “guest of honor” chairs (one for an adult, one for a child) that are all available to you. We also have 3 black 4 ft rolling carts that can be used for food displays if needed. In addition, we also have 24 wooden stools.

Yes! We have a coat rack, reach in cooler, microwave, hand sink, prep space for a caterer, and the pass-through window has room for a full bar including 1-2 bartenders. There are 2 private bathrooms.

The Space also includes bluetooth speakers, an 85" Samsung Frame TV and customizable lighting on dimmers.

Your rental includes one hour of set up time.

You will have 30 minutes after your rental time to clean and lock up The Space. Our guidelines for clean up are detailed in your contract and will be available on site as well as linked in the pdf below.

Day-of Questions and Coordination

We are located at 3924 W 69th Terrace, Prairie Village, Kansas 66208. We are right next door to Dolce Bakery!

You will be sent a one time code to unlock the front door. Our event specialist will reach out to you prior to your event.

The answers to all of these questions will be provided in a Rental Booklet available on site for the day of your event. The TV has an HDMI adapter and is compatible w/ both Mac and Windows computers.

There will not be anyone on site during your rental period, but you may give us a call at (913) 236-4411 ext. 4 during business hours (Monday-Saturday from 8am-4pm) if the need arises. Please try to have all your questions answered prior to your rental period.

You may download our Contract for reference, but don’t worry about signing now. You will see an agreement checkbox later in the booking process.
