Rolling Out A New Class...

 

 

Of allllll the delicious things that happen in our kitchen, my favorite scent is cinnamon roll dough rising. These rolls are near and dear to my heart. My Aunt Cindy used to make these little bundles of love when I was a little girl. Her recipe made a dozen and it was on the napkin menu (when you’re dreaming up a bakery, you trap the ideas as they flow...on anything that is available!) when Dolce was only an idea. 

 

When I opened Dolce Bakery in 2007, we made and sold a dozen to two per day. Just over 13 years later we are baking more than 100 dozen for our beloved customers on Christmas Eve. These sweet little labors of love are worth the super early mornings!

 

Our classic recipe has evolved into mini cinnies, caramel pecan, orange rolls, cranberry orange rolls, lemon blueberry rolls, take and bake options, and more! 

 

We always have requests for cinnamon roll classes and we are very excited to offer this virtual option to you! Please join us - over Zoom - from the comfort of your kitchen - in making our signature cinnamon rolls. We will demo making the dough, provide a kit that includes everything you'll need to make your own dozen along with us, q & a, our recipe, and so much more!

 

I feel at home when I can smell the risen dough, feel its softness as I shape the rolls and taste the joy in the first warm, gooey bite. I can’t wait to hear the stories about how you spread your love through our recipe.
